From machine down to part delivered
One request goes in. A network of specialised agents and a human approver take it through identification, sourcing, pricing, quoting, purchasing and delivery.
You send what you have
A photo, data plate, part number, model, serial, document, spreadsheet or plain description. The request gets a reference number the moment it lands.
Identification
Identification agents read the evidence and extract identifiers. Compatibility and cross-reference checks confirm fit, supersessions and approved alternatives. Low-confidence or safety-critical items are held for technical review.
Sourcing in parallel
Private inventory held by network members and approved suppliers are searched at the same time. Supplier identity stays hidden by default.
Comparison
Responses are normalised and ranked on compatibility, condition, lead time, warranty, landed cost and supplier reliability.
Deterministic pricing
Landed cost, sell price, GST and margin are calculated by fixed rules, never guessed. You receive one branded IRONVANE quote.
Order, freight, delivery
Once you approve, IRONVANE issues the purchase order, arranges courier, hotshot, road or air freight, and tracks it to your site. Invoice, warranty and history stay linked to the original reference.
Rules the system runs on
These are the controls behind RAPID//OS, IRONVANE's operating platform.
Evidence before action
Nothing is quoted or purchased without verified inputs. Uncertain identifications go to a person.
Money is not left to AI
Agents recommend. Price calculation, tax, invoices and payments are software rules with an audit trail.
A person can stop anything
Every agent and workflow can be paused, overridden or disabled by the director without losing records.
One merchant relationship
You deal with IRONVANE. We hold the supplier relationships, the warranty chain and the accountability.
Private by default
Network inventory and supplier identities are never published. Matching happens inside the system.
Traceable end to end
Every request carries one reference from intake to delivery, so any decision can be reconstructed later.
Try it with a real part
The fastest way to understand the system is to send it something.
